Sales person was extremely helpful.
We shop at many West Marine locations but we really like Rock Hall. Although the entire staff deserves recognition, Charles stands out. He greets you by name with a smile and willingness to serve you. He follows through with everything he says he will do for you and if there is the slightest change or delay, Charles is on the phone with you keeping you informed. He has gone above and beyond so many times, I have lost count.
Always helpful and friendly. It is nice to be greeted by name whenever we go.

We are very lucky to have this West Marine in our small town. But, more importantly, we are blessed to have such dedicated employees that truly seem to care about doing their job well and passing down that positive attitude to the customer's overall experience.
