Well maintained and clean facilities.
We reserved a slip last minute at the sailing emporium for the 4th of July fireworks because all other marinas were booked. What a lucky break for us! The slip they gave us was fantastic, and actually had a splendid view of the fireworks. The grounds at the Sailing emporium are immaculate. I spent a few hours "walking the dog" and checking out all of the great shrubbery and flowers. The pool was refreshing and clean. The restrooms were very clean. The upstairs boaters lounge was nice, but the view from the deck was outstanding. To top it off, when we called the tram to take us into town and they were running behind due to the Holiday, the staff gave my family a lift into town immediately. The only drawback is that they are not located near Watermans, the Harbor Shack, or the middle of town but the trolley is available to take you there. However, this does mean that you will sleep in peace without loud music all night. We will go back there again and stay another year.
Stayed at this marina for 4 days aboard Galivant, Delmarva Sailing School's 39' Pearson. The whole property was beautiful with tons of flowers in bloom (end of July). The buildings were picturesque. The pool and courtyard area were shaded and peaceful. The marina cats were friendly and let you pet them. The grounds were clean and the boats were cool.
This is a beautiful marina in Rock Hall, Maryland. The facilities are very nice and the harbor is beautiful. Lots of marinas are rough around the edges, but not the Sailing Emporium. They are a full service yard as well.

This marina is a beautiful property with well-kept grounds and lots of pretty flowers, shaded picnic tables and bicycles to borrow. The swimming pool is nice and our kids happily spend HOURS using it. There are great showers with individual dressing areas attached. The bathrooms are kept very clean - the cleanest we've seen anywhere! The staff and owner are friendly and ready to help with any questions or in emergencies. It's a lovely marina with a personal feel. Definitely a place with people that make you feel like you belong. The marina's location and design helps keep our boat sheltered from the weather and makes for a much better night's sleep! We've visited other marinas in the area but this one is our favorite!!!
