The best place for food and atmosphere. I especially love eating crabs on the water and enjoying the large deck day or night. The owner is great as well as his amazing staff. I love my experience every time - they make it feel like home!
Loved this place! Loads of outside seating. Get here early for a table looking out toward the sunset, but all the outdoor seating affords views of the small harbor and boats. Ordered the tray of 12 medium sized crabs. Lots of Old Bay. Also ordered a platter of two sauteed softshell crabs. All delicious! With a salad, this filled all five of us.
We go here almost every weekend. And usually everything is outstanding. However, this time, everything was slow to receive AND Incomplete. We weren't given crab mallets, The table next to us ordered some crabs at the same time we did and they received theirs timely. We waited 15 after them and our entree came out 15 minutes after the waitress said the food will be right out.. She blamed her being forgetful on her getting 3 hours sleep. The only time she was attentive was when she stood by me waiting for me to give her the money. Waterman's is a great place but this server did a poor job.
Family friendly, but caters to wide variety of clientele. Wait staff was friendly and responsive.
Live music was fun. Dancing area in front of band.
This place has great food and great service. Definitely worth going out of you way to eat here.
